Technical Support is included in your annual license fee, giving you access to our experienced team that operates the Help Desk during normal working hours (9am – 5.30pm), excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Out of hours calls are routed to an on call consultant. NeutrinoBI does not use an automated menu system; however call logging and monitoring systems are used for quality purposes. For the UK, NeutrinoBI provides full support from its offices in Longbridge, Birmingham, and outside of the UK, local support is provided by partners in line with our standard support agreement.

NeutrinoBI customers will be given the details of the separate customer support portal on licensing the software.
